Metrics + Accountability and Problem Solving = Results

And we are off! Day one of the challenge is off and running.

Each day you have an opportunity for five points:

  1. Nutrition: Your individualized goal as determined through your intake and your work with your coach.
  2. Workout: At least 45 minutes of movement with one rest day a week.
  3. Water: at least 64 ounces
  4. Sleep: at least 7 hours
  5. Daily Challenge: Your daily challenge today is to take “before” photos in either your bathing suit or workout clothes. You will hold on to these photos as a data marker along with your InBody Scan sheet.

This blog will be available for you throughout this challenge to provide resources to help you reach your goals. We are so glad to have you and look forward to the next six weeks of growth and progress.

Here are a few highlights from our intakes:

BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate: This is what your body burns at rest. This caloric standard helps us figure out a starting point in terms of your bodies energy needs. Our InBody Scan calculated this number for you specifically based on your current biology.

Macronutrients- Carbohydrates, protein and fat. Carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram. Fat has 9 calories per gram.

Throughout this challenge we are working to help you work with your natural tendencies while changing the input/output to meet your performance and body composition goals.

Your strategic planning, community involvement and work ethic are the foundation of a successful challenge. We do tough things and we do them together.
