What: Our Six Week Spring into Summer Nutrition Challenge- leave the heaviness of the last year behind you as you spring into summer lighter and brighter!
When: The challenge starts April 19 and finishes up for Memorial Day Weekend on May 30th.
Who: Anyone who is ready to make a change. You do not need to be a member of Reach Athletics to take part.
How: The challenge begins with an intake where we complete an InBody Scan (hospital grade body composition measurement). During the intake we will work together to gather data points and establish a plan to get you to your goals. During the six weeks you will be held accountable by both your coach and your community. Our past participants have found great success and you can too!
