Reach Athletics Youth Program

We offer programs for kids ages 3-16.  We have classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Just like our CrossFit classes, our kids classes are individualized to meet the athlete where they are now.

Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to get our kids to love exercise and move well.

Why our kids program?

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong.

Through our youth fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

For our sport specific athletes, we are able to train them to be stronger, faster, more agile and injury resistant. We build a foundation of quality movement that improves their game and keeps them doing what they love.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
