Our program is accessible to all youth. We build strength, agility, speed, endurance and durability.

Endurance

Build your engine and learn how to use metrics in your training.

Strength

This class utilizes both Olympic and powerlifting exercises and their accessory components to build muscle and make you more injury resistant.

CrossFit Kids

Our kids classes provide functional movements that pair well with a child’s development.

Barbell Club

Olympic Lifting (clean and jerk, snatch)

All memberships are month to month with 14 days notice to cancel.
