Program Schedule & Details:

 

Training Sessions:
– Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 7:30 AM
– Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 5:30 PM

 

 

Package Includes:

-Sweaty Sunday & Mobility Classes: High-energy sessions on Sundays at 7:30 & 8:30 AM, Improve flexibility and recovery with a dedicated session with Coach Dina on Sundays at 9:30 AM
Nutrition App: Track your meals, set goals, and stay accountable (nutrition coaching add on also available).
Training App: Gain access to your workouts, track progress, and stay connected with your program—all from your phone.
