At Reach Athletics, we help young athletes build a foundation that lasts. Our Athletic Performance Program is a semi-private coaching option designed specifically for middle and high school athletes who want to get stronger, move better, and gain a competitive edge—on and off the field.

Led by Coach Mason (CSCS), athletes get personalized programming and expert coaching in a small-group setting, so they learn the “why” behind the work—and how to apply it to their sport.

Train 2, 3, or 4x per week depending on your goals and schedule:

  • 2x/week – $259/month

  • 3x/week – $349/month

  • 4x/week – $399/month

Small group sessions (max 4 athletes) ensure coaching quality and accountability.
